About Zumba®

A Latin Dance Based Fitness Class incorporating a fusion of Salsa, Merengue, Cumbia, Reggaeton and other International Rhythms. We create a party like atmosphere in a non intimidating environment for the non dancer, non gym goer and non exerciser. Its EXERCISE IN DISGUISE!! You will leave the class feeling so much more exhilarated than when you came in. This class is suitable for all levels and focuses on the cardiovascular exercises component of General Fitness.

  • Strength Endurance exercises protects bone health, boosts the metabolism and energy levels as well as assists in joint mobility.
  • Flexibility exercises maintains range of motion in joints. Improves performance in physical activity as well as posture. It also helps prevent back pain, releases stress as well as reduce the risk of injury.
