On any journey you always need a place to Start. My Start Program is designed as a beginning journey for those that have lead a sedentary lifestyle but would like to begin a fitness program. You may have had a sedentary lifestyle due to an injury, illness or weight problem but we all need to Start somewhere. My Start Program has 3 Non-intimating Workout Routines. There’s a 20 Min Moving the Routine, for those that would like a small amount of cardio. Next option is a 10min Upper and Lower Body Strengthening Routine, and there is also a 6Minute Stretching Routine.
