TOTAL BODY CARDIO SCULPT


This class is a Total Body Sculpt Class synced to music and focuses on the Strength Endurance Component of General Fitness. You will need 2 or 3 sets of Dumbbells ie: light, medium and or heavyweight. 2, 3 or 5 pound Dumbbells are good or you may choose heavier sets. If you do not have Dumbbells, you may use two 16oz water bottles which if emptied out half way, weighs around 1pound. A great option for beginners or if you wish to do a lighter workout on any given day. This class is suitable for all levels.
