TABATA TRAINING WITH LUCIANA


This class is a total-body, cardio and strength interval class that gets you in and out in 30minutes. There is a 20-second work segment followed by a 10-second rest segment. After 8 of those cycles there is a 30-second rest to end the set. Have a set of heavy and light dumbbells handy or anything that will offer resistance, such as a fitness tube, water bottles or a backpack of books. Modifications and progressions of the base moves will be provided, making this class suitable for all levels.
