TRX® TRAINING


This format requires a TRX® Suspension Trainer. Various Bodyweight exercises are performed where either the participants hands or feet are supported by one anchor point while the opposite end of the body is contacting the ground. This workout simultaneously focuses on a variety of General Fitness components including strength, endurance, balance, coordination, core stability and flexibility.
