I’m offering a virtual platform for people to exercise and become healthier, through well-rounded routines which is an essential requirement for your success. A virtual fitness regime to go at your own pace in an inclusive environment.

My Fitness Platform is suitable for all age groups and all populations. Accessibility is offered to all fitness levels whether you are a beginner or a seasoned exercise enthusiast hoping to optimize your results.

I offer a wide range of components in General Fitness, namely mobility, strength, endurance, balance and flexibility.

Some of the Health Benefits of Cardiovascular Exercise, Strength Endurance and Flexibility Training are:

  • Cardiovascular exercise reduces blood pressure, bodyweight and bad cholesterol, increases good cholesterol and assists in regulating blood sugar levels.
  • Strength Endurance exercises protects bone health, boosts the metabolism and energy levels as well as assists in joint mobility.
  • Flexibility exercises maintains range of motion in joints. Improves performance in physical activity as well as posture. It also helps prevent back pain, releases stress as well as reduce the risk of injury.
